Here at Alfresco Living Australia Pty Ltd we can guarantee that we have carried out a great deal of research into the correct use of only the finest select grade of building materials to provide the highest standard of finish possible. That's why our Verandahs are designed to last a lifetime.

Selection of timber size

Alfresco Living Australia Pty Ltd uses only the finest stress graded structural timbers. We will determine the size of the timbers required. The maximum structural performance is calculated with strict reference to the Victorian Timber Framing manual and Engineer Design Principles published by the Timber Promotion Council.
