1. Passenger are not allowed to smoke on the vehicle.

2. The hirer is responsible for the conduct and behaviour of the passengers on the vehicle.

3. We reserve the right to refuse transport to any passenger(s) which the driver feels could be a nuisance or danger to other travellers.

4. We will not accept responsibility for late arrival at an destination for any reason beyond our control such as traffic congestion, or passengers arriving late, or other incidents.

5. Any passengers who are sick on the vehicle, the hirer will incur an £30 cleaning charge for each seat affected.

6. The Hirer is liable for any damage caused to the vehicle by the Hirers’ passengers. The Hirer will invoice accordingly.

7. Alcohol consumption is not permitted on the bus, unless it has been pre-arranged, a deposit of £100 will be collected on the day of travel, which is refundable providing no spillage, or damage has occurred. The cost of cleaning depends on the damage.

8. Failure to wait for the minibus on an return journey for any reason will be deemed breach of contract and no refunds will be forthcoming.

9. Any passenger that fails to arrive at the pickup point at the appointed time may be left behind. Our buses will normally wait 15 minutes and unless an agreed extra fee is agreed in advance, the bus will leave.

10. Parking charges are not included within the cost unless stated prior to the event.
