I am a patient of sciatica (L4-L5) disc prolaps for the last 5 yrs. recent MRI shows it is growing. The pain towards Thigh and leg pain is increasing. pain is contineous. some say go for operation and some not! I am in a big toruble. Please save and suggest me. I can't afford big money for operation as well.

Hi Raghu, sorry to hear about your condition. Please make a search on this forum you'll find some inputs discussing sciatica and dislocated disc.
Acupuncture, by a very experienced practitioner may resolve the problem quite often, but it may take around 20 almost daily sessions. Scorching moxibustion may take less sessions, is very effective but will leave a scar on your skin. In any event, try to find an experienced Ch.med. practitioner who will probably outline the various possibilities for you.
