Association for India’s Development (AID) is a volunteer-based social movement promoting sustainable, equitable, and holistic development of human life in India. AID supports grassroots organizations in India and promotes efforts of interconnected spheres such as education, livelihoods, natural resources, agriculture, health, child welfare, women's empowerment, and social justice. From its inception in 1991, AID  has grown to currently support 120 projects all over India. Today, it has over 5000 patrons, over 600 active volunteers, 38 chapters across the USA (52 around the world).

AID Cincinnati was started in 1997 and was a registered student/community organization at the University of Cincinnati. We have supported several projects including Eureka, Mukti, Sathi. AID-Cincinnati conducts an annual Flagship event - Harmony.
