About us

We are Altogether Better

We work with people in health and social care across the UK and beyond to develop Collaborative Practice, a new way of organising that makes life better for everybody.

About us

Altogether Better is an NHS national network organisation, supporting health and care services across the UK to introduce our model of Collaborative Practice. We have worked with over 300 GP practices across the country as well as bringing our data-driven model of care to other health and care settings including acute hospital trusts, mental health settings, young people’s services and care homes.

I was overjoyed to hear that my patients who have been in a static place for many years have significantly reduced their blood sugars, lost weight and also feel much better in their mindset… I feel this way of collaborative working and group education is certainly effective.
