Orbit have been making expedition touring bikes
since 1994, and they’ve been ridden from Alaska to Antarctica. This
latest version uses Reynolds cro-moly steel for the frame, Shimano Deore
for the transmission, and Tubus racks. The brakes are powerful Avid Arch-Rivals
and no compromises have been made with the components. The wheels are
26”, so tyres and tubes will be available the world over. Moreover
our innovative choice of threaded/threadless headset & stem components
means that all bases are covered should the unthinkable occur in the middle
of nowhere. Swap easily from one system to the other!
