Our client, a leading supplier of energy-based aesthetic devices, is looking for an Account Manager. Whilst the territory is the South of England, the successful candidate will need to be a commutable distance from London.

Your role.

This field-based role will be visiting Medical Aesthetic Clinics throughout the south of England. Your responsibility will be to build a relationship with accounts offering them advice on marketing, advertising and in house sales techniques. The client will feel you are their trusted advisor in making the most out of their devices.

You will need to have outstanding analytical skills as you’ll be creating pricing and packaging structures for your clients.

Your role will include events and marketing. This will entail creating content through digital and print channels, as well as putting together launch days for clients.

You will be target driven, with the ability to upsell to new aesthetic devices.  

The skills and attributes you need to be considered for this role

We are looking for an experienced and successful salesperson. You could be a clinical manager, therapist or trainer with a background in Aesthetics. Experience with Aesthetic Medical devices is preferred.  

You will be a positive, proactive person and a skilled communicator who is able to build rapport, educate, and close business.

You should have a commercial mindset, great organisational skills and experience in managing projects.

Area Sales Manager – Aesthetic Devices

Our client, a leading supplier of energy-based aesthetic devices, is looking for a Area Sales Manager for the South (South, UK).

Your Role:

You will use your knowledge of the aesthetic medicine marketplace to develop strategies to onboard new business and maintain those clients through account management. This position will report directly into the local Commercial Director and will include leading the Account Management team (South).

You and your team will manage the sales process from researching potential customers through to order processing, and subsequent customer service. You will be responsible for managing your own sales plan and providing reports to the Commercial Director.

Your client portfolio will be across a range of sectors, including aesthetic clinics, healthcare, NHS and private medical.

The skills and attributes you need to be considered for this role

We are looking for an experienced and successful sales person with a minimum of 3 years selling within Aesthetics, Medical, Pharma or Injectables.

You will be a positive, proactive person and a skilled communicator who is able to build rapport, educate, lead and close business.

Whilst hungry to grow a new business pipeline you will need to have a customer driven mindset, strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage KPI / budgets.

Your role

Your role:

You will use your knowledge of the aesthetic devices market to plan and manage your territory. You will identify potential customers, present the company’s portfolio to senior medical professionals and business owners, establish new relationships and win new business in hospitals, clinics, medispas and salons.

You will visit potential customers, demonstrate the devices, advise on the applications, and use your commercial acumen and knowledge of the industry to advise clients on how the devices will help increase bookings and positive patient feedback.

You will maintain relationships with your clients so that they are retained as long-term customers. You will organise training and provide an excellent standard of customer service, ensuring that clients receive all the support needed, and any issues are dealt with swiftly.
