Installation Guide

Choose 1 track and place the track at the top of the opening ensuring that the track is straight and in the correct position. Note: Make sure that the two corner cut-outs are facing you (see (1) below). Using a pencil mark the fixings through the fixing holes (see (2) below), drill fixing holes (see (3) below). Using the screws and plastic raw plugs included with gates, fix top track in place. Repeat all of the above for the bottom gate track.

Stand the gate upright with travelling wheels facing down. Remove the top and bottom anchor bolts with the security star bit provided. Lift gate into position then open the gate out and fit the top and bottom anchor bolts.

Bring both locks together by sliding the gate and ensure that the male and female of the lock are completely together. Push the barrel of the lock with your thumb to make lock work. Now tighten up the four security bolts on both sides of the lock and using the keys provided unlock and ensure the gates are sliding and the lock comes together accurately. Finally push the four plastic covers (bungs) into the holes on the lock. Your security gate is now complete.
