Three Years To Re-Build - Bradbury

With the fire sale of players in recent times, manager Lee Bradbury has openly admitted that it's going to take time to rebuild a successful winning squad.

Speaking in the Bournemouth Evening Echo, Bradders has admitted that: "We have lost eight or nine players that played in the play-offs but now it is time to rebuild, lay foundations again and build a squad as good as the team we had last season. It is obvious to see we have sold a lot of players but we have got in some good players and have some good young players coming up. We have to build from the youth and almost start again. All the way down to the youth team, we need to build. Everyone needs to be doing the right things to make this football club successful. I feel we need to rebuild and have a focus and plan in place to get us back to where we were last season. These things come round in cycles for clubs like us and it takes two or three years to get back to where it was and that is my aim".
