Walking in Switzerland
an Engadine & St. Moritz adventure - 11 days

This adventure allows average walkers to experience one of the most beautiful regions of Switzerland, the Engadine Valley, in the extreme south-east of Switzerland.

This high valley runs for 60 miles along a southern terrace of the Alps and has blue skies for over 300 days a year.

This canton, originally Rhaetia, was isolated for 100's of years by its landscape of deep folded valleys, sheer rocky summits and thick forests.
It only became part of Switzerland in 1803.

Romansch - the legacy of an abandoned Roman Army - is the official language.

walking in Switzerland

on top of the world

The resorts in this region, St. Moritz, Davos and Klosters, are some of the most famous names in the Alps and offer world-class skiing and walking.

Carry a camera as the scenery is magnificent and the famous Edelweiss, the Swiss flower, grow in abundance.
