This is some reference charts that you can use when assessing your patient. This chart is under the assumption that you know how to take vital signs already. If you do not , I urge you to learn how to, there are some great "How To's" in the Alpharubicon medical section. You could copy this chart and keep it handy with your medical "stash". Figure out what works for you and do it.
