Abacus 21 Software Licensing

The use of Abacus 21 System 441 is "licensed"... and the Licenses are for 1-Year periods. Most, but not all, of our Clients are on a Calendar Year cycle for Licensing.

As the renewal date of your License approaches, the System will automatically inform you of any upcoming expiration.

A typical 'message' of this nature looks similar to:

Note the License impending Expiration Message at the bottom of the Log-In Screen.

The System-441 Software will continue to operate as normal (despite this message) up through and including the Date noted.

The Annual License & Support Fee Invoices are mailed at 30-60 Days in advance of your License's Expiration -- and need to be paid on-or-before the Expiration Date of the License. Once paid, a new License-key will be sent to you for loading onto your System. Once this new License-key is installed, the "pending Expiration" notice will disappear (until just before the next License cycle date).
