1. Price Guarantee
The total value of the accommodation will be either deducted from your debit/credit card or invoiced as per agreed terms. There will be no increase to the cost of your accommodation once the booking is confirmed, but in the event of any problems with the website we will contact you within 24 hours on weekdays. You will then be given the following options:-

a) Pay the remaining outstanding balance in full
or.
b) Cancel the accommodation and have all monies paid refunded

The website contains the latest availability, special offers and accommodation, all of which can be added or removed at a moments notice and as such we cannot guarantee the length of time for which they will be available.

2. Booking

Please make use of the online booking request form.

All bookings are on request, subject to receipt of deposit or full payment (for bookings made within the payment deadline).

For room types that are not mentioned on the web site, please e-mail the details to uk@lykiaworld.com and we will respond within 1 working day.

3. Payment

To secure the booking, we require a 10% nonrefundable deposit. Balance payment is due six weeks before the end of the promotion or no later than six weeks prior to the arrival date, whichever earlier.

To secure last minute bookings made within the six weeks payment deadline, full payment is required.

Written reminders of payment dates will not be sent following the initial confirmation /invoice.

Non payment or late payment of the outstanding balance amount by the due date can result in the cancellation of your accommodation without notice.

For promotional rates: If payment is not received by the due dates, the promotional discount will no longer apply and the "Normal" rates for the booking period will apply. This could result in a severe increase of the cost of your holiday. It could also result in the cancellation of your accommodation without notice.

Any disagreement regarding the invoice must be communicated in detailed form to LYKIA WORLD UK within 5 days of receipt. Any disagreements communicated subsequently may not be considered.

4. Payment Method

All transactions are carried out through Destination Store. Payments shall be made in GBP, in any for of payment mentioned here below.

5. Confirmation

All confirmation and documentation is sent out by e-mail unless otherwise requested. Fax confirmation is also possible on request.

If you have not received any documentation within 1 working day upon placing the booking request, please contact us by either email or telephone. Free internet service providers can have problems receiving automatically generated confirmation.

6. Changes & modifications

A 15 GBP administration charge will be made for every change made after accommodation has been confirmed. Amendments subject to availability:-

a) upgrade of room type
b) change of dates, arrival/departure
c) additional persons

All other changes will require a cancellation of the original and a new booking to be made incurring a cancellation fee as detailed below.

7. Cancellations

Cancellation of a confirmed booking will incur the following charges:-

Up to 6 weeks prior to arrival date - 10% of the total cost
Within 6 weeks of arrival date or no show - 100% of the total cost

This must be by confirmed by either email or fax confirmation, stating your wish to cancel. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation within 24 hours, if you do not receive a response please contact us.

On request a cancellation invoice can be provided for insurance purposes.

If you wish to cancel a part of your booking, e.g. 1 room of 2, then the cancellation fee applies only to that part of the booking being cancelled.

8. Refunds

Refunds can take up to 14 working days to be returned. If you have not received in this time please contact us.

9. Curtailment

We will not be held liable for any additional costs due to clients curtailing (cutting short) their stay without prior agreement from ourselves. No refunds or compensatory payments will be made.

10. Age of travelers

We will accept bookings for any person of any age. However, persons under the age of 16 years not travelling with their parent or guardian must provide a letter of consent.
11. Request
All requests will be processed. Lykia World will make every attempt to accommodate your requests but they cannot be guaranteed.

12. The price includes

All services, products and fees agreed upon via the LYKIA-WORLD.CO.UK system. The earliest check-in time is after 12:00 hours (Noon), and the latest check-out time on date of departure is 12:00 hours (Noon).

For a guaranteed early check-in, one night rate will be charged.

13. The price does not include

Any service not specified in the reservation confirmation, in addition to such extras such as telephone calls, insurance, laundry service, mini bar, etc. which shall be paid directly by the customer.

Transport and excursions: Optional service to accommodation and payable to Lykia World on day of check-out. Customer shall be responsible for reconfirmation of flights directly with airline and/or other services and for advance notice to receiving agents at destination of any changes in flights and /or flight times in the event of modification of flights reserved.
