The Reservations Manager is responsible for the running of a highly effective Hotel Reservations Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES
•  Working closely with Sales and Marketing team to develop new business
•  Manage Departments budget and targets
•  Maximise revenue
•  Coach and monitor staff
•  Ensure excellent customer service is offered at all times 
•  You will have previous experience working within a Hotel reservations department, having worked to achieve targets and budgets.

Salary circa £20k
