The Housing Options Team is looking to recruit an enthusiastic person, who is keen to learn new skills, as a Trainee Housing Interventions Officer on a three-year fixed term contract to support the work of the busy Housing Interventions Officers.

You will receive structured training covering all areas of the work of the Housing Options Team, with particular emphasis on housing advice and the prevention of homelessness. After a suitable induction period you will be allocated an individual caseload under supervision and by the end of the contract you should have developed sufficient skills and knowledge to take on the challenging role of a Housing Interventions Officer.
