Brunner VC
The VC was designed utilizing all of the technology & knowledge gained during ongoing production of high efficiency cartoning machines manufactured by Brunner Engineering. The benefits are trouble free continuous operation at speeds up to 60 cartons per minute. Three loading stations for multiple product and leaflet inserting either manually or with conventional or robotic automation.
Brunner CMI
Compact in its footprint, yet with a large carton size range & very fast change overs (closure guides & guide rails require just one setting!) Speed up to 80 cartons per minute. The m/c is cam driven, including automatic infeed system. As with all of the Brunner cartoners, the machine may be tailored to include every kind of accessory from instruction sheet folding & feeding to colour printing /late stage customization & other customer pre-requisite options.
Brunner Vario
The machine is of cantilevered construction, allowing easy access to all of its modular sections & with servo technology will work in either intermittent or continuous modes. Speed of operation up to 130 cartons per minute intermittent or up to 250 cartons per minute continuous. Carton styles; Tuck-in, Hotmelt, Tamper evident & special combinations. Very repeatable change overs between carton sizes, virtually all movements are set by numerical indication.

Vertical cartoning with ultimate flexibility.
The VCL is ideal for applications requiring a regular switch between both automatic and manual packaging. Its is entirely cam driven providing a virtually silent and vibration free performance at up to 80 cartons per minute.
Carton styles accommodated include; Tuck-in, Hotmelt, Tamper evident & specials.

This servo controlled cartoner is able to produce up to 80 Cartons per minute; loading up to 400 products per minute, when 4 robots are used.
The Brunner VCL Stick Pack Cartoner from its initial concept was designed for pharmaceutical products such as sticks, bags & blisters, installations have also been made for foods, cosmetics & industrial components.
