Our Services

When applying to use our service, suggest to us what you want and we will devise a person centred programme. You may wish to use the service of one specific personal assistant or make appropriate choices related to particular activities, for people with complex learning difficulties and conditions e.g. Autism, Asperger's, Dementia or Alzheimer's.

Realistic charges dependent upon the needs of the service user. All our services are accessible for people with personal budgets or direct payments.

Personalized Individual support 

We offer a personalized support plan tailored to the individual. This service is extremely flexible, from an hour a week up to a 7 day program. We can offer a regular continuous service or specific support during school or college holidays.

              We can help people to access mainstream or discrete services in the leisure social or educational areas. We can support                        people to access the cinema, theaters, sporting events, festivals or to hear live music. It is possible to attend both local events                and those further afield.

 Small Focus Groups

 Intensively staffed and designed for service users that present challenging behaviour or who cannot cope with larger groups. These groups  promote communication and interaction in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

 Regular Groups

 In workshops and one to one sessions we offer the following:

  • Weekend leisure groups
  • Music and singing groups
  • Activities to help people with brain injuries
  • Activities to help people with challenging behaviour
  • Communication strategies
  • Activities which develop community and social skills
  • Flexible groups for people with mental health problems
  • Arts and Crafts

Groups currently running:

Social Group: Come along, meet old friends, make new ones and try some activities with us. Suitable for those who areactive and keen to join in discussions, games and activity planning.

Tuesdays 2:00pm – 4:00pm

Trinity Church, Beaconsfield Road, St. Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 3RD.

              Saturday Club: Join us on alternate Saturdays for leisure/community based activities. If you enjoy bowling, going to the cinema eating out or                        going for walks this group could be for you. Suitable for all abilities with appropriate activities offered.

              Alternate Saturdays in Hemel Hempstead/ St. Albans. 10.30am - 3.30pm
