Superior investment returns
Acheson Homes’ model is based on standalone projects. Each project is established with a limited company as a special purpose vehicle. Investors subscribe for shares in the project company. The investment is based on a detailed prospectus that anticipates all costs, revenues, time-lines and cash-flows to the project and establishes contractual returns to investors and land-owners/institutions. These agreements are underpinned by thorough and expert analysis of market demand and selection of the most appropriate design solution.
