• Professional Qualification (5 years intensive theory & practice) in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy (UKCP registered, CPJA section). 
• Diploma of Proficiency in Psychoanalytic Supervision, BAPPS registered.
• MA in Psychoanalytic Studies
• MPhil in Cultural Studies
• MA Modern Languages (Literature, Culture & Politics)

I qualified as a Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist with the Arbours Association. I worked in one of the Arbours Therapeutic Communities and at the Arbours Crisis Centre from 1999 to 2006.

I have extensive experience working as a counsellor in GP's surgeries.

In my private practice I see clients who self refer or come through recommendations or referrals from various organisations. 

Currently, I work with Bupa and Axa healthcare. 

I worked for Mothertongue Multi-Ethnic Counselling Service, Reading. There I did short term therapy/counselling from 2005 to 2018.

I worked with a project for women experiencing both acute and enduring mental health problems from 2002 to 2012.

As a Clinical Supervisor, I have experience in supervising both psychotherapists and counsellors. I have supervised other professionals working with clients in a variety of different settings. 

I also work in French, Portuguese and Spanish.
