Notes: Imp. = "British Imperial"; US = "United States".     Also, these are liquid,  not dry measures.
From my observations,  for cooking,  the Imperial ounce and U.S. ounce are considered to be
equivalent.     This is likely because they are very close in size.     These
two systems caused me the greatest trouble,  but I
believe I finally have it right.    Of course,  feedback and corrections are
always welcome!
