The devastating earthquake that hit Japan last month has left us in a difficult situation, one that indeed could be described as a national crisis. For us to get through this, it is important for all ADEKA employees to pull together in working quickly to achieve their tasks and to make the utmost effort in fulfilling their roles.
I expect that new ADEKA employees will play a great part in our efforts to restore normal operations and to revitalize the Company by placing importance on our corporate culture, which values both gaining customers' trust through good relations and employees' caring for each other.
We are facing an extremely difficult situation, but I ask you to overcome this hardship by working with courage, strength and a positive frame of mind.
