We require a Multi-Tradesman for one of our clients based within the Plymouth area. The main duties of this position will be to provide, reactive maintenance and preventative maintenance works to the rented properties. You must be able to carry out all of the following trades; plumbing, carpentry, Plastering, tiling and painting.

You will need to have your own van and tools.

To be successful of this position it is essential that you hold a minimum of a City & Guilds, possess proven experience within the property market and excellent communication skills.
