Hi folks! I am currently prepping for my next Today Show appearance (Dec 20th with Kathie Lee and Hoda), but I wanted to give you a peek from my Lavish pre-conference event. Here are some quick Iphone snaps from my behind-the-scenes styling session at Room & Board. I brought my rock star photographer, Emily Followill and my dear friend and editor, Oma Blaise Ford to illustrate how much work goes into creating the illusion of a "perfect home" on the pages of a magazine. We also shared some easy tips on how to make your own home photo ready from flowers to arranging furniture!
Afterwards, we enjoyed a mouth-wateringly delicious spread from West Egg compliments of Room and Board (thank you). Here is a gratuitous shot of the food, because it was too-die-for.
