A1. The cars are kept at a secure located compound and are manned 24 hours a day.

Q2. Will the drivers be insured to drive my vehicle?
A2. Yes. All of our drivers are fully insured to drive all vehicles under our specialist company insurance.

Q3. Do I get charged for making any amendments to my booking?
A3. No. ADP PARKING does not charge for any amendments other then the standard daily charge for extended number of days.

Q4. Are there any hidden charges?
A4. No. The price we state is the price you pay.

Q5. Are there any charges for Cancelling my booking?
A5. No. ADP PARKING does not charge you cancellation fees for cancelling your booking providing you notify us 24 hours before your departure date.

Q6. Does ADP PARKING offer a customer loyalty discount scheme?
A6. Yes. Once you have used our parking facility we will offer you a discount on your future parking with us.

Q7. Can ADP PARKING accommodate for disabled persons?
A7. Yes. As we operate a direct service to the airport terminals we can offer the best possible service to accommodate disabled customers.

Q8. Does ADP PARKING offer a car valeting service so that my car is washed and cleaned upon my return?
