A paper skirt must be done, to understand the system. The peripheral of the skirt constitute a chamber nearly closed, which is supplied in air by the partition under the fan. Though, small triangular openings at extreme front supply in air the two front chambers, when the hovercraft start set on ground, and that the front chambers cannot by supplied in air by transversal partition. Please note that this triangular openings are not done on the paper skirt
