yeah when i tried it for the second time today, by saving the file and then extracting it got extracted , but then again the problem was Winmugen.exe did not extract at all. all those other files got extracted. then i tried extracting only the winmugen.exe file ,it showed the extracting process but the file was not there. I also tried clicking on view hidden files and folders but still it was not there.
try usin 7zip some of the file are locked and dont get extracted thats the reason to it
i have another sugesstion why dont you add a secreenpack to your winmugen engine becasue every secreen apck have its own engine
