Dear George, Well our stay is over and we feel that is right to mail you and inform you of our impressions.We were in room 310 and it was prefect and the view ver the river was as we wanted .We ate in both of your restaurants, the restaurant and brasserie, in both the staff was friendly ,helpful and very proffessional. The food and drinks were prefect , but for one thing and that is the food in the restaurant was not hot enough , shame as it was good and tasty .In the brasserie the staff were great and looked very smart in their uniforms.It is a shame the staff in the restaurant were not so smart, but if i may make a suggestion why not give them all the same uniform..?The music was very good in the restaurant and the staff were good.Everyone from the doorman to the lady in the shop to the reception staff and of course all the other staff ,the lady in the lift to the baths, were all wonderful and so proffessional and friendly. We would like you to inform all the staff of how happy we were and we know that sometimes thanks like that is worth more than money.Thank you again and be assured that we will recommend your hotel to everyone we know and will surely be back . Have a good christmas and our best wishes to you and your staff for 2005.
