The business boasts a huge stock range, in circular, square and rectangular hollow sections. We keep more sizes and lengths in stock than other suppliers in our specialist field, eliminating the need to butt weld members and our customers benefit from less waste and have more options as a result.
Hollow sections can be produced using either hot or cold forming methods. Hollow section is a product produced from steel coils, where the coil is slitted into strips with appropriate width and then formed by rolling into the shape and dimensions required. The two strip edges, now laying next to each other, are welded together using a high frequency induction process.
