The Scottish First Aid Association aims to promote the highest standards in First Aid training throughout Scotland.  We are a central contact for First Aid training providers or those seeking First Aid training.

First Aid at Work, HSE no longer approves training providers

The Lofstedt report recommended the removal of HSE approval of First Aid at Work training providers.  This is now legislation.  The Scottish First Aid Association want to ensure that workplaces and employers can still access appropriate First Aid training, and that training providers maintain high standards of both content and delivery of their First Aid courses.

We encourage training providers to join the association (free at this time) to show their commitment to maintaining standards within the industry.
