PFI provides specialist Pilates in group class and studio settings.
We are advocates for Pilates for every. body. and have options for all abilities and levels, with an extensive group class timetable that includes:
Beginners to Advanced Matwork and Reformer classes
Barre Attack
Specialty classes for Pregnancy
Our exclusive Pilates Arc and Pilates Chair group classes, making Studio Pilates apparatus more accessible to our members.
Our Studio Pilates utilises the full range of Pilates apparatus for an individualised workout tailored to your body, with undivided attention from your instructor in a one-on-one or small group setting. Perfect for beginners to Pilates, rehabilitation, pain management, pre and post natal, sports conditioning and those who are just looking to take their Pilates to the next level.
Through our Registered Training Organisation, PilatesITC, we have elevated and maintained professional standards for instruction and produced some of the best and brightest Instructors in the country. Interested in becoming an instructor, head to PilatesITC here.

FRANCES
DIRECTOR
Frances is a Pilates Practitioner, holding an Advanced Diploma of the Pilates Method (The highest Pilates qualification in the world!).
Frances has additional specialisations in Pre and Post-Natal Pilates, Scolio-Pilates® (Pilates for Scoliosis) and works with clients with complex and high-risk conditions.
Frances is currently available for new Studio bookings. Look for her on our group class timetable!

SUZANNE
DIRECTOR
Suzanne is a Pilates Practitioner, holding the Advanced Diploma of the Pilates Method.
Suzanne works with complex and high-risk conditions in the studio, including scoliosis, pregnancy and osteoporosis, having undertaken hundreds of additional hours of Professional Development through Pilates ITC Continuing Education.
Suzanne is currently available for new Studio bookings. Look for Suzanne on our group class timetable!

KARINA
INSTRUCTOR
Karina holds the government accredited Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction.
She currently works with a range of clients including those with neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s Disease.
Karina is available for Studio bookings. Karina also teaches regular group classes during the week.

HAYLEE
INSTRUCTOR
Haylee has the Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction and is dedicated to her own professional development.
Haylee has additional specialisations in Scolio-Pilates® (Pilates for Scoliosis) and has a great deal of experience working with pre and post-natal clients.
Haylee is currently available for Studio bookings, and has special interests in Chronic Pain, Women’s Health and Older Adults. Haylee also teaches regular group classes, including many of our Pregnancy classes.

AZMAH
INSTRUCTOR
Azmah has almost a decade of teaching experience under her belt and is currently studying the Advancd Diploma of the Pilates Method through Pilates ITC.
She has additional specialisations in Scolio-Pilates® and can also deliver private sessions in Auslan for deaf or hard-of-hearing clients.
Azmah is available for Studio bookings, and has interests in prehab (injury minimisation), injury rehab, ex-athletes (and current ones!) as well as working with children and young adults. Everyone is welcome!

SHANNON
INSTRUCTOR
Shannon is a highly experienced Instructor, with 15 years of experience in the Industry. She is also an Educator for Pilates ITC, and holds the Advanced Diploma of the Pilates Method.
Shannon teaches Studio and is available for bookings on request, and has special interests in Pre/Postnatal and Women’s Health. Contact us to enquire about booking with Shannon.

STEVEN
INSTRUCTOR
Steven holds the government recognised Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction, and is currently undertaking additional study though the Advanced Diploma of the Pilates Method through Pilates ITC.
He has interests in elite-level sports conditioning as well as low risk conditions such as non-acute rehabilitation and some spinal conditions.
Steven is available for Studio bookings during the week.

Nikki holds the government accredited Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction, and is currently studying the Advanced Diploma of the Pilates Method.

JUSTINE
INSTRUCTOR
Justine holds the government accredited Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction, and is also an Associate Educator for Pilates ITC.
She has interests in neuropathy (including tremors) and neurodevelopmental disorders such as ADHD. Justine also has additional qualifications in Scolio-Pilates® (Pilates for Scoliosis).
Justine is available for Studio bookings and is currently taking new clients. Justine also teaches regular group classes.
