Formed in 1881 and constituted in 1882 by Queen Victoria, we are a unique institution in North Wales - an independent charity and art gallery supporting Welsh art and artists.
We have over 100 artist members whose work is exhibited and sold at our gallery in Conwy. We promote up and coming artists of quality, mount contemporary and historical exhibitions, and offer a lively programme of education and community workshops.
