The quickest, closest and safest place to land for air ambulance helicopters - directly at a hospital
In an emergency, when time is of the essence, being able to land an air ambulance helicopter seconds away from specialist care is crucial. For many seriously ill patients, a hospital helipad could represent the difference between life and death.
The HELP Appeal is the only charity in the country funding hospital helipads and air ambulance base helipads.
Our work in ensuring patients reach hospital within the golden hour, helps to save hundreds of lives every year.
But we couldn’t do it without your support.
Cash donations
Our fundraisers cannot accept cash due to security reasons, but the HELP Appeal has collection tins across the country where you can donate cash.

If you’d like to make a donation by post, you can download this form, print it out, fill it in and then send it to us along with your donation. Cheques or postal orders should be made payable to the ‘County Air Ambulance Trust’. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash by post.
