We are going to post petition updates here, this will include updates regarding The Big Plan, information about plans to development the website and forums, and information about future plans (we will tell you more about this later ;)).

For now this page will be used mostly for The Big Plan updates, but keep an eye on this page because as soon as the plan happens we we are planning on using this space to give you upto date news on events as they unfold, this will include photo’s!!  We also have plans to give a detailed account  of what happens on the day of  The Big Plan, and days and weeks prior, this will give you all the chance to hear about everything we have been upto over the last few months, and really get to feel a part of the event.

THE WAIT IS OVER!

The wait for the big plan is finally over! It took place at 3.10am this morning outside Elstree.

I’m shattered and need sleep but more info will come throughout the day.

Anyone living near Borehamwood is strongly encouraged to visit the BBC Elstree Centre today, oh, and take some flowers with you, you might want to pay your respects

Well it’s been a long time coming but finally after months of waiting and anticipation the “big plan” has taken place.

The idea for it started when many of you called for a planned protest. We did not think this was a good idea as lets face it, however strongly you feel about it, a protest is a bit OTT considering it would be about the death of a fictional TV character. Secondly, we knew that this could get us in a lot of trouble so a protest was out of the question. The purpose of the plan was to politely remind EE bosses that we have STILL not received a response to the petition and we STILL have not forgotten about the unbelievably dissapointing ending to what was a brilliant storyline. So after much brainstorming I finally had an idea and I hoped that it would not only remind EE bosses of our disappointment but also give the people working at Elstree a bit of a laugh as well.

The big plan involved going to Elstree in the early hours of the morning when the chances of being caught were at their lowest and creating a memorial for Danielle. We created an 8ft long banner that read “Gone But Not Forgotten” and underneath that Bring Back Danielle. We bought around 140 bouquets of flowers and laid them on the ground along with 18 teddy bears, 26 memorial rose hearts, pictures of Danielle, little sympathy cards with personal messages, a poem and 40 candles….well, we bought 40 candles but unfortunately the security busted us as we were lighting them and we only managed to get about 14 out before speeding away

We had paparazzi there taking pictures and videos of the event and we are hoping that it will make tomorrow’s papers. I personally only managed to get one photo when I returned to the scene half an hour later and to our surprise the security hadn’t touched a thing! Everything was still there as we had left it so we are hoping that it will still have been there this morning when the cast and crew arrived and hopefully they got a bit of a giggle from it.

I will post on the blog tomorrow after we know the situation with the press and hopefully I will be able to provide photos then too.

Guys, I have BAD news.

I’m so sorry.  The day of the plan I came home and went to sleep as I’d been up all night. We got a call from the paparazzi guy at about 1.30pm that afternoon to say he had contacted all the major papers and luckily for us the daily mail, the mirror, the star and the daily record all wanted the story and the pics. He also contacted GMTV who loved it. He said there was lots of interest and we just had to wait until about 11.30pm that night to find out who was going to use it as that is when they do the final edit and contact paparazzi etc to pay for pictures they use. Obviously I was advised NOT to publish the story or the one picture I had online as then the papers wouldn’t bother buying them. I also sent out press releases to all the major papers that day. Anyway unfortunately late that night we got a txt from the pap guy to say that EastEnders had contacted the media and told the papers NOT to print the story. He obviously really wasn’t pleased as it meant that he had spent time editing pictures and video and didn’t manage to make any money from it. I have asked him several times to send me the pics and video and each time he has said he would but then nothing.  Obviously he doesn’t want to send them to me in case I then sell them and make money from them. He probably would have sent them to me if he had managed to sell them but as he hasn’t I don’t think he’ll bother. I will call him again but if he’s still ignoring my calls I will have to txt him and offer to pay him myself for the pictures. Obviously the people at EastEnders were not happy to find paparazzi outside their studios photographing our Danielle memorial at 3am and decided to put a stop to it.  Not surprising really given the fact that they are losing ratings and viewers. It wouldn’t have looked good if the story had got out that angry fans were still banging on about their mistake with the Danielle storyline. Perhaps if we had taken our own pictures and not got paparazzi involved this wouldn’t have happened.  We obviously gave them a heads up that we were contacting the media. I only have one poor quality picture to show you that I took when we drove past Elstree half an hour later but it really doesn’t do it any justice. I will post the picture below. If anyone has any thoughts or ideas on how we can still get this out there please let me know. I’m so annoyed that we went to all that effort just to be thwarted by the powers that be at Elstree.

Another Plan!!

Lauren herself suggested another plan and in light of this we have decided that we will defiantly be undertaking another plan.  As yet I can’t say what this new plan we are or when it will be, but I can say we have come up with a new idea.  Those of you who already know of the plan details seem happy with the new idea.  In fact some have said they prefer the new plan to the old one, only time will tell what the reaction to the new plan will be, but we have nothing to lose from trying.  Anyway, for those of you who don’t know the details of the new plan watch this space, we will update you as soon as possible.  Here is the interview where Lauren talks about the Big Plan

It looks fairly convincing, but what I don’t understand is why she only had 881 followers. We noticed she has made it clear how she feels about Danielle being killed off, when she tweeted ‘If they can bring dirty den back from the dead why not me’. We couldn’t agree more Lauren. I wonder what she would think about the petition… Anyway, if this is the real Lauren, I think we need help her get more followers 🙂 Let us know what you all think. Is this really Lauren Crace?
