Acquaint CRM - management software for Letting Agents & Estate Agents

We have used Bright Logic's software Acquaint from when Noonan Residential started back in 2009 and couldn't be happier. I have used many Lettings and Sales software's over the years and this beats them hands down. Support is great and it's constantly being updated to changes in legislation etc... 5 stars from us. Wouldn't use anyone else.

As an agent specialising in the sale of woodlands, we looked at many CRM systems to try and find one that best suited our needs. After much research, Acquaint came out as the best fit and good value for money, so we decided to give it a go. Set up and installation was painless. We have been very impressed with the system - it has exceeded our expectations and offers a lot more than we thought it would. The initial training was helpful and the ongoing support is second to none. They are very responsive - and any issue is quickly resolved, which is a real bonus - it means we can move forward and not left hanging around waiting for a reply. They have also helped us find ways to make the system work for our non standard estate agency business! Long may it continue :)

I can highly recommend Acquaint CRM software. Having been with a longstanding rival software company for over 20 years they made what was a daunting switch both smooth and simple. I can honestly say their customer service and support has been a breath of fresh air and the software is both intuitive and easy to use. As a Lettings & Management company I can't speak for the sales side of the software but if you want the best overall client accounting, management, marketing software out there then don't hesitate to sign up with Acquaint CRM.

The integration between the system and email enquiries, website, website enquiries, all of the legal updates as and when they happen, certification, word docs, referencing and deposit registration along with prompts is invaluable. The system offers the ability to produce reports, work orders, invoices, quotes - the list goes on !! Alongside this is an absolutely faultless support team. Having worked in the property industry for over thirty years, I have seen the birth and development of estate and letting agency CRM's. Without question, Acquaint is one of the most intelligent and easiest of systems to use. Agents should be busy with the exciting part of the job. The ease of the Aquaint CRM allows this. While all agency CRM products to some degree are only as good as the person inputting the information, it really is very hard to resist the benefit of Acquaint once you are fully set-up.

Very happy to be working on Acquaint, very good for residential properties, they need to be more cognisant of the Irish market and take into account some of the types of listings that we would have versus UK market, where it is very weak is in agricultural listings - not enough descriptive points, but would I recommend it Yes I would

The support is also excellent, there have been a few occasions where we have needed help and the response has always been quick and efficient.

Have used Acquaint by Brightlogic for past 15 years and have found the package perfectly meets our needs, software is always being improved and up-dated, if we have any questions or need some help, staff are only a phone call away and they deal with the issue instantly, no waiting for a call back or issuing a ticket and waiting a day or two for somebody to get back to us. Grant has always been very helpful as have the other staff.
