Tanya Gamlen and her team have been helping people for over 40 years. The demand for quality wholefoods and speciality diet ranges has increased over the years and we have strived to provide the most up to date information and products to our customers.
Our range of ‘free from’ foods is extensive and we research and sample the products to ensure we can provide the right products to our customers with a varied range of needs. Customers come from far and wide knowing that they can choose from a wide range of nutritional, healthy, suitable and quality goods.

Stamp collection for charity.
We provide a stamp collecting service the proceeds of which are donated to overseas aid. So if you have any stamps do drop them off to us. Every little helps and over the years a substantial amount of money has been raised. In aid of the Dabane Support Fund.Providing a sustainable clean water supply in rural Zimbabwe.
DSF specialises in the extraction of water from the sand of dry river beds. Known as “Sand Extraction” so communities become self sufficient providing vegetables and income.
