In recent years we have worked closely with our customers in helping to reduce financial losses and unnecessary costs and penalties by producing our management resource, Censeo. This resource incorporates many management functions such as Monthly and Quarterly management reports and feedback, Management Self-Assessments to improve company compliance levels and a range of internal auditing tools.

Health and Safety Solutions

Our main area of activity to date has been in online health & safety solutions. Inductus, from which we take the company name, has been used by thousands of users as a “day 1” health & safety induction. We have now added Incidente, an online accident and near-miss reporting system and Permitus, a contractor’s pass and Permit to Work issuing system. Our most recent addition however is SafetyNet, a fully integrated employee risk assessment training programme.

Human Resources Solutions

Appraise, our online staff self-appraisal programe gives a complete 180 degree review which is totally flexible for every organisation.
