Llangollen Malthouse

The Malthouse Business Centre is situated on the A5 in the centre of Llangollen. The town is 11 miles from Wrexham with excellent access to Liverpool, Manchester and the Midlands.  A beautifully restored 19th century stone building with thirty five individual office units. The building is three story of approximately 560 sq m (6,000 sq ft). There is on-site parking with shared kitchen and toilet facilities. The original character of the building has been kept and is reflected in the individual offices.  Offices are let on a rolling three monthly lease. The lease is made up of two sections part 1 and part 2, copies of which are available here;


The rent is paid either monthly by standing order or quarterly by Bank Transfer. The rent does not include your electricity which is metered and charged separately. The tenant is also responsible for there own telephone line which they will need to order separately.  The rent does include all other services including heating. The rent also includes use of all other facilities at the Malthouse including 100MB broadband and use of the meeting room.  Situated on the 1st floor, the meeting room is available free of charge for all at the Malthouse.
