Incidents happen at all times of the day or night, often when you least expect them. For this reason, at Maintain Alps we operate a 24/7 call out service, and will guarantee to be there within the hour (where travel time permits).

Please note that call out charges are applicable and out of hour charges will be applied where necessary.

All our work is fully insured by a Décennale policy, which means any work we carry out holds a 10-year guarantee. We are also covered by professional liability insurance, should the unforeseen occur.

In addition to our 10-year Décennale insurance guarantee, we will personally revisit any work we have completed should any problems occur in the following 2-year period. Furthermore, all parts are guaranteed by the manufacturers, as long as correct usage guidance has been followed.
