Whats happening at The Paradise Centre?
We have a lot to offer here at the Paradise Centre:
a large outdoor field used by local teams for football and cricket.
an indoor main hall for sports such as football, basketball and badminton.
our fitness centre with two gyms.
racket sports including badminton, squash, table tennis and racket ball.
a full timetable of fitness classes for all abilities.
Our fully equipped gym is spread over two floors, it includes an upstairs cardio suite and range of selectorised strength machines as well as a large selection of free weights and plate loaded equipment in our downstairs gym.
