Counsellor offering Counselling and Psychotherapy
Practicing in Ealing W5, West London

I am an approachable, experienced and professionally accredited counsellor based in South Ealing, London W5. I offer counselling and psychotherapy in a safe and confidential setting and bring many years experience working with a broad range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, work related difficulties, life transitions, cultural and identity issues, ill health, low self esteem and bereavement .  This is by no means an exhaustive list and often the concerns which people bring to counselling do not fall into one specific category. There is more information on the about counselling page.

I gained my degree and professional diploma at the Metanoia Institute in 2004 and work with adults on a one to one basis.
I also work as the Director of the EACS counselling service.

I am committed to helping my clients make sense of and work through their difficulties, make changes that are important to them, and ultimately, find more fulfilment in their Iives. If you are considering seeing a counsellor, I offer an initial assessment session where you can explore, in complete confidence, any issue that is troubling you.  It is an opportunity for me to find out a little about you and what brings you to counselling, and for you to see whether you would like to take things further.  All the details, including costs, are set out in arranging counselling.

My private practice is in South Ealing, West London W5. It is based close to public transport and easily accessible from Brentford, Chiswick, Hanwell and Richmond.  Northfields tube station is a 10 minute walk away, as is Brentford main line, and the E2 bus stops very close by.

If you have any queries or would like to discuss arranging an appointment, please call me on  020 8560 1143 or email .  I will be glad to help.
