For those of you who are interested, here are the slides from yesterday’s Agile In a Nutshell presentation.
A big thank you to Jeff Nielsen and Joe Chao for putting on a great Boot Camp stage. And another big thanks to Uncle Bob Martin for the wonderful intro and set into the presentation.
Hope you enjoyed the session.

Thank you for sharing the slides!
I really love how you are illustrating your point/key facts with illustrations/pictures. This was also great in the agile samurai.

Thank you very much Tobi. I love pictures (much easier to say sometimes than with words). Glad you enjoyed Samurai. Thanks for coming out.

Good stuff, though 66 slides is a pretty big nutshell. For starting points, I currently push for (1) targeting a very small first release, (2) building and deploying a zero feature release with a continuous integration server, and (3) committing daily. Get that process turning over, keep it lean, and fight the drift back to bad habits.
